On - -, 2015, my wife and I traveled to - - NV to celebrate our - wedding anniversary. I used my Sam 's Club - - # - - on the - to purchase dinner ( $60.00 ) and, at the airport for - shuttle bus transfers ( $40.00 ). On the - I used the same card at breakfast in the - - ( $10.00 ). Later that morning my wife and I went to a vendor to purchase show tickets. After waiting in line for - minutes, I presented my Sam 's Club card for payment it the transaction was denied. My wife stepped up and presented her Sam 's Club - card for payment and her card was also rejected. We were now forced to call the bank, put on hold for - minutes, only to find that there was some " unusual '' active in my account??? The rep then reads me all of my charges asking if that was a valid transaction. I reply " yes '' to all of them and my account was reactivated.I my opinion this bank is not to be trusted. I do n't believe anything they say .My - transaction is - - is rejected? I ask where is the " unusual '' activity? Buying show tickets in - -? The simplest software would show - - - - traveling to - -. She bought drinks on the flight. I buy shuttle passe and dinner in a large Hotel. It looks to me like the - are in -. This bank is doing something illegal and I hope your organization can do something about.
