I have contacted this debt collecter, as well as the credit bureau, multiple times to file complaints. No proper action has been taken and this has been going on for at least a year. NCC Business Services was given an account with my name on it that I do not owe them. The original creditor, - - " - at - - '', has put a public record on my - credit report that has a satisfied amount of -. However, NCC Business Services at the same time has put a collection account regarding the same specific matter with the amount of -, double the original amount, on my Equifax credit report also. I have contacted NCC Business Services multiple times, explaining to them that they are double reporting this matter and falsely representing the character, amount, and legal status of the debt. But no one will listen and remove this debt collection account. Therefore, it has been ruining my credit for the past yr and a half. I have been advised this is illegal what they are doing and I would like it to be corrected as soon as possible. I have physical proof that this matter is being reported twice on the same credit report.
