- - - - - - - # - -, - - - -/-/2015 -, - - -, - - -, -, - - Account # - SSN # - I requested to upgrade store card to visa card and call center agent advised me re apply again to get a visa card.I did applied again on -/-/2015 and I got approved another store card credit line of $2500.00 ( Last - account number ending - ) After I contacted call center again they said they given wrong information for re-apply new account. I advise them please combined my limit up to $5000.00 and closed the account ending last - number -. And they agreed removed hard inquiry on -/-/2015 and as well as removed accounts ( # - ) Major Credit bureau files. Right now I can see credit department closed my account ( # - ). Still hard inquiry and accounts remains my credit Bureau files.No credit Llimit combined and no upgrade card to visa card. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Thanks - - -
