Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan modification, collection, foreclosure California
On - -, -, I filed a complaint to CFPB, which Wells Fargo has still not resolved, and now this case is under investigation by a - investigator. I am continuing this complaint because Wells Fargo ( through their foreclosure division, - - - - - ) SOLD MY HOUSE - -, - even though Wells Fargo never proved they or - - had the legal right to arrange a sale. I only received a letter saying they consider the case closed and they are not obligated to provide any more information to CFPB or to me. But this is nonsense. Wells Fargo NEVER complied with the first and most important element of my Qualified Written Request : 1. A full, double sided, certified " true and accurate '' copy of my original promissory note and security instrument and all assignments of the security instrument. THIS MUST INCLUDE ALL ADDED PAGES AND ASSIGNMENTS from -, - through Trustee 's Deed Upon Sale around -, -.
