Amex Credit card department,
Closing/Cancelling account New York
I established a payment plan with American Express that was not enforced and the account was closed against my wishes and Amex failed to uphold it 's end of the bargain. I had a set date for repayment and when I contacted them, they just said the account was closed and no payments could be made.
