I went to an ATM in royse city, tx on -/-/15. I attempted to pull out $100.00 from my - card from American Express. a transaction record then printed showing that $0.00 was dispensed. I called BlueBird because although $0.00 was dispensed, they removed it from my account. They told me that I would need to dispute this. I sent them all the documents they asked for and they told me it would be 10 days. Today ( -/-/15 ) I received email that the dispute was denied. I called the Atm merchant and they explained to me that the dispute was received but they sent nothing back because the were ale to see that no money was dispensed. I then called blue bird back and they told me that they did receive legan documents showing that the money WAS dispensed. I am now going back and for with the ATM and Bluebird, someone is lying to me and I 'm pretty sure its blue bird.
