Debt Collection company continues to call my - daughters cell phone to attempt to collect a debt for another person. I have contacted the company - different times, and - of those times they have said that the number has been removed from their system, and is not attached to the account they 're trying to collect on, but the automated calls continue. In talking to the representative over the phone, they simply state that the number has been removed and that it will take - hours to remove the number from the automated system. This has been the response each of the last - times I have called, which covers a - day period, so that is not correct.
