I would like to file a complaint against midland capital funding LLC for attempting to Sue me and Collect on an Old - Debt, that they Purchased from - - in - or -, the account was opened in - by me, and Midland Funding Bought The Charged Off Account in - or -, and they are in the process of suing me, at this Time. Louisiana - states that after 3 years a company can not attempt to collect on this type of account. The Statue of Limitations has Expired.
