Hello, Every so often my mortgage seems to increase significantly between $ - and I am now retired and my husband is on Social Security -. We - are on a fixed income every month. I am also taking care of my elderly mother ( - - - ) who has to live with me due to her medical conditions. With the sudden increase in monthly mortgage payments ( from $1500.00 to $1800.00 ) we are unable to keep up with the mortgage with Wells Fargo and - -.
