I have been trying to get a loan modification from Wells Fargo due to a change in my income. They are giving me the run around, as if they are purposely trying to put me out of my home. They keep dragging this thing on and asking for the same papers over and over again, only to be denied. They are not helpful in any way but to take my home. I really need help. I do n't know what else to do when my mortgage servicer refuse me any help
