Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Illinois

In - 2014 I was in need to pay my rent, so I went to Titlemax and took out a title loan so I would n't be evicted from my apartment. I fell on hard times looking for employment and again it took me months to gain emplyment. I constantly made contact with Titlemax letting them know my situation and still my car was reposessd and sold at a auction. My feeling is this company prays and make no compromise to the individual who is making an effort to pay. I was n't given a chance.
