My lender, Wells Fargo, has ignored my RESPA qualified written request. The request was sent to them on - -, 2015. Thus far they have not acknowledged nor responded to it. Under the real estate settlement procedures act, they are to acknowledge receipt of such request within 10 days and provide a response within 20 days. I have called and asked several time for a response and have not gotten anywhere. Please help!
