I signed up for this service and was unsatisfied with it. Within the contract it clearly stated that I had 30 days to keep the service or cancel and return the box and remote. After one week of service, I was not satisfied with it and returned to my previous television provider and had a box sent to me to return the equipment. I have made several attempts to resolve this, however, the company is charging me for service that I did not have for more than a week.
