I had filed a dispute towards a collections company who was reporting along with a second company a debt of $610.00. I sent a letter of debt verification which they could not respond to. This debt was not mine, they removed it from my credit report already. Now this new company has popped up in my credit report, reporting the same exact information. I have no idea who this company is or why they are reporting to my credit reports but I will be sending a letter of verification and filling a complaint because I have no idea who they are. This was - 's closure response : " The account was recalled by - on -/-/-. The account was submitted for deletion from the credit report on -/-/-. However, since she has indicated that the account remains on her credit report, we have submitted an online manual deletion on -/-/-. The - reference number is -.
