this collection agency keeps reporting that I received services from there practice. I have never had any medical treatment from this provider while not being insured. I 've always been covered under the florida medicaid office .There have always been a block on all - of my credit filed due to identity theft. I 've disputed these fee with the collection agency and a few of the bills have been deleted but this company keep reporting medical bills for services that I never received.
