U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I am unfortunately, a customer of US Bank and I hold Mortgage, Credit Card, Checkings/Savings, Home Equity Line of Credit accounts with them. US Bank Flex Perks travel rewards account # - charged me an annual membership fee in - 2015 for $49.00 and I never knew about it as no note was sent to me, which is very unusual and objectionable. After which, they just kept going by adding interest and late fees till - - 2015, when I logged in to my account and checked the transactions, it was already past 60 days late. They never bothered to send me a note in any form that they charged me a fee and that it was late by 60 days plus. They were very prompt in reporting the same to the credit bureaus and sabotaged my excellent credit score of - by - points and I am not sure what else would be coming my way. I dispute any reporting of the delinquencies on my account and hold US Bank totally responsible for the damage caused and any future damage. It has been proved yet another time that these Big Monster Mega Banks do n't care an iota about their loyal customers.
