My bank account, savings, checking, as well as a credit Account had an address change that was unauthorized. I immediately called Fifth Third call center and spoke to - to be told my account address was changed via the phone. I asked to freeze accounts but could not be done on the phone so I went to the branch. The address was changed on my account by a person by the name of - - but why would that be in the bank notes and why would the bank allow another person to change account address??? I asked why the address would have been changed all they could tell me it was done on the phone. What? And what about multi faceted questions to check account holder??? HELP!!! My bank statement may have gone to this new - address they could not tell me if that happened
