Upon beginning classes through the - - - " - '' -, I was obligated by this school to borrow student loan funds through - - - - - ; I was awarded no alternative loan providers and was advised that I could not seek and/or apply any other student loan monies from any other loan servicer. Then, a few months after I began my studies at - ( and while still attending there as a - student ), I was notified on several occasions by the director, president, and other financial advisors at - that I had to start making payments on my student loan, and was threatened to be expelled from - and, if I neglected to start making payments on the loan, that - would report this on my credit bureau as a delinquent loan balance. So, I contacted - to establish a repayment plan, but was told that there was no repayment plan that could be offered. In or around - -, 2015, my student loan was transferred to University Account Service, LLC from - after the CFPB Student Loan Settlement became effective. This student loan was established on false and predatory lending practices, and is also a violation of -, - - -. - - a ) ), - and the - - for - -.
