Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Florida

I lost my work and - business with - -, applied with - up to this date no solution. Around - ' worth of goods was lost. the Storage - did not reimbursed anybody that had their business with them. - says that I have to apply for loan, how can I apply for loan if I do n't have work, I 'm - years old, wo n't be able to work and I 'm collecting my retirement from SS. The debts I have with the credit card wo n't be able to pay for once and I do n't make any money, I am trying to get some part time - where I am living but so far no results. Already sent information to the debit collector that harassment on the phone and by mail. Until I do n't have any solution from - I wo n't be able to pay anything and my income from SS around -, - a month. And keeping calling and send letters really do n't know what to do, need help. Would like to apply for bankruptcy but I do n't have funds to pay a lawyer, there is anything or anybody from the Government that can help me?????????????? Pls call me on this phone - - - I do n't want to call on my home phone because my husband has heart problem and I do n't want to worry him with my problemsBest time to call morning around - to - -.
