In - 2015 I received a letter from a collection company regarding a bill for ambulance service with the City of -. I offered to set up monthly payment arrangements of $30.00 a month and the balance was $250.00. I gave them my banking information to debt my account each month for $30.00 until the balance was paid. The agreed that this payment arrangement would avoid the account from being reported to the Credit Bureau ( s ). I never heard anything else from the collection company. I received an email that I had a change in my credit report and discovered that, despite our agreement, they reported the account to -. I called the company and they were not willing to remove the negative reporting on my credit report.
