Hello, There are several items on my credit report that are fake and are listed multiple times, by a collection agency called NORTHEAST CREDIT & COLLECT. In 2010, my husband and I were hit by a drunk driver. Our medical bills were paid in the settlement, yet this company continues to illegally place these false items on my credit report and list each fake charge multiple times, in order to destroy my credit. This is in violation of FCRA laws. They have never contacted me prior to submitting this false information to - and have been unable to produce any evidence as to the validity of these multiple charges. These charges that our now showing up on my credit report however are completely fake, with made up numbers. Each month I dispute them and each month they fall off ( because they are not real charges ), but the collection agency retaliates by relisting each charge multiple times, in violation of FCRA laws.
