I had closed my service with -. The representative told me to wait until the equipment fees cleared to pay my final bill. The final value is due - -, 2015. Sunrise Credit Agency called me stating they owned debt and demanded I pay them $470.00. They refused to put it in writing. They continue to call. I paid - the remaining value and cleared the outstanding balance. The - representative did not know who sunrise credit agency was, why they would have the account, or why they would call. She suggested I report the company for false collections.
