I 'm filing a complaint because of the lack of help and correspondences from Wells Fargo with regards to the home of my aunt and last living relative the now deceased - - - in an effort to modify and assume her loan. As the assigned personal representative of the Estate -, I have sent the requested documents and they keep saying that they never received them. The loan as been reassigned without forwarding information, new loan options have not been communicated, nor notification received regarding the status of the loan. Messages are left and not returned.
