Members of - - - encountered fraudulent advertising and misrepresentation regarding our stay at an Apartment ( which was advertised as such ) which was unclean, lacked the proper facilities advertised, lacked proper ventilation and safety features for - ( all of us ). The owner ( who actually lived there ) refused to refund our money after we saw the accommodations, was indignant and never returned our phone calls or requests for a refund via certified letter. His personal cleaning, clothing, maintenance, and garbage was left inside the premises. Pictures included tell the story as well as other complaints on line. He continues to jump from one hotel website to another after receiving complaints. We are complaining due to the fact that no response has yet been received as to USBank findings were.Tthey refused to investigate any further or contact the owner of the property for verification of our complaint, yet all contact information has been afforded them. Our money was refunded immediately after filing the dispute with the Branch office in - -, the end of -, then we see that the amount was deducted out of our business account with no further contact or attempts to receive more information from USBank in -, ND. Customer service puts the blame on us as Seniors for staying there with no action done on their part to resolve this dispute whatsoever. We had no where else to go since we were - miles from home, this is a peak season in - and better hotels were all booked up. As - as well as - Officials of a Non-profit - - we feel that we have been mishandled and taken advantage on both sides in regards to our own funds and membership donations..
