M & S Recovery Solutions, LLC contacted my mother on a past debt that I was not aware of on -/-/2015. They left a message for her to call them back. When she called they told her that they were going to file a - on her with the IRS on a Credit Card purchase of mine at - - - and told her to have me call them immediately to prevent this action. She was never involved with either the obtaining of a credit card for me or any purchase I made at - - - and they are threatening her and giving her information on my account with them.
