Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Pennsylvania

Upon applying for a credit card I found that I was denied for a deliquent account. I looked up my annual credit report and found the supposed debt. The debt is absolutely not mine and I in no way opened the account listed. It is completely fraudulent.
