Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Maryland
In - 2014, they repoed my vehicle - upon them receiving the next day $1800.00 - ( more than what was owed ) they INCLUDED all the necessary fees affiliated with the REPO charges. Thereafter, a full and final payment of $460.00 was mailed to Westlake to pay the remaining balance OFF IN FULL. ( check cashed ) A couple of months passed and I called to follow up on the title being mailed to me. I was informed that I had incurred additional charges of $140.00 for the remaining of the repo bill. I was furious - because I knew they were being very dishonest. In no way would they have released that vehicle to me without all fees being paid in full. Not only have they refuse to forward my title to me they have reported Derogatory remarks with all - credit bureaus. with all - credit bureaus damaging my credit history. My vehicles is paid in FULL.
