- sent a kill code that destroyed my bought and paid forDVR player. I was required to purchase my DVR because - said that I did n't qualify for a free one, I had to pay - USD for my DVR. Not only did they kill my DVR on -/-/- @ - -, there was no outstanding balance on my account. - stopped providing service in -/-/-. -/-/- I received a bill for - USD for services allegedly provided -/-/-, how? They required me to first purchase a DVR, then killed that DVR and then charged me for services I could not have received. When I refused to pay for services not delivered, - illegally turned my account over to collection which severely affected my credit score. My score dropped - points.
