I purchased membership tickets online. When I arrived - in - T-. I was informed by - employeesthat they would not honor the membership since I purchased itto attend the - - T- location. I explained I was notinformed of this and that I thought I could use my membershipany where. The employee stated I only could utilize themembership after I go the designated location of themembership. Therefore, I just paid to get in the park. Thefollowing day attempted to utilize the membership at - - - in - T-. I discovered even if the membershiphad the correct location that is not a part of the membershipagreement. I explained that is the main reason for purchasingthe membership because the advertisement stated it was validat all - including the - -. I emailed andcontacted - membership several times and no one wasable to correct this issue. Therefore, I received a collectionnotice stating I allegedly owe a total of $1000.00.
