False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Texas

Someone has claimed that I rear ended them. But I was not in an accident o, the day they said it happen. Also there is no front end damage done to, my vehicle. There is no police report or any report at all. They supposedly only have a photo of my drivers license. Which anyone could have, as I am a - and work in major company 's buildings. We also have proof that my car has no front end damage done to it. Also this car was hit by a drunk driver over a month ago, and was declared a total loss. So again there is no proof of any wreck. And we want this issue resolved. Thank you
