Fifth Third Bank Credit card department,
My credit card company, Fifth Third Bank, which my account has been closed, has called me at home while I am at work three times today within a - period. I feel they are making their case for trying to communicate with me, but calling intentionally their " legal '' limit of calls per day during which time I am unable to answer, since I am at work. Each time, never leaving a voice mail, so technically I 'd never knew they called if I did n't have caller ID services. They called on -/-/2015 at -. I consider this harrasement by bugging my wife in having to check the phone each time it rings when as a homemaker, she has much more important tasks than to babysit the telephone all day. I believe this violates the Telephone and Solicitations Act.
