Dynamic Recovery Solutions called my home and sent a letter here for a debt owed by - -. I do not know an - - and this person has never lived here or used this phone number. This harassment has been going on for over a year by this company. I have filed complaints, received an apology from the company, and the harassment starts again after a few months.
