Received a collection letter on - -, 2015 for a delinquent account for - - Membership. My identity and debit card was stolen earlier this year. I was not aware that the person signed up for membership with - - nor have I ever enrolled for membership with - -. This collection company is threatening to put this information on my credit reports and attempting to collect $210.00 for an account I never authorized.
