I do not know Taking/threatening an illegal action Attempted to/Collected exempt funds Illinois
Collection agency ( Midland Funding LLC ) garnished my wages back in 2010 collected the amount that was owed and now claims that i still owe them the same amount. They are using the law office of -, -, - - - -. They sent me a notice of motion I do not know if it is legit or fake.
