Medical Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
Revenue Recovery Corporation Debt collection department,
Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Tennessee
I received a letter from a collection agency regarding a medical debt. I sent a letter asking for information on the debt since I had no knowledge. I also asked nothing be reported to credit report until we could verify the debt. I have yet to received ANYTHING from them and it has since been reported to my credit report. I also sent a secured email to them through their website. They stated they could not tell me anything over the SECURE email even though I verified my information through it! They stated they could call me and I advised them they could send me a letter. I have also never received anything from that communication. I feel it is wrong to report something negative to my credit report without allowing me to verify and/or pay the debt once provided with the information.
