I have been stonewalled twice for a loan modification. I got injured and was out for 6 months. I tried a loan mod with Wells Fargo and got denied the - time due to non participation from the investor. The investor did not participate in any loan mods. The - time I tried, property values went up, and was turned down as my net present value ratio went up. I have equity in my property ... no good. I tried filing chapter - and case was dismissed and I am barred for filing bk for 180 days. I have a sale date coming up -/-/2015.
