Billing statement Connecticut

Citizens Bank credit card statement shows the balance as of the day before but not actually the amount due. It does show the credit limit and the amount of credit available but not the amount due on the due date. The consumer feels compelled to pay the current balance shown. The charges shown are not the ones falling into the billing period. A few months ago I spent significant time trying to find the amount actually due and finally did but this period it is impossible.
