Quicken Loans, particularly has been unresponsive since -/-/2015. I have been trying to call - - who is the representative assigned to me but every time I call him, it just goes straight to voicemail. He tries to call me back but it is always at a time that I am either working or unavailable. I believe Quicken Loans has failed to provide due diligence on my mortgage loan application to move forward with a property I am trying to purchase.
