proved I had paid the account as agreed representing payment in full. About two weeks later, SCS contacted me with a second attempt to collect the amount of the debt that had been written off. I again called SCS. The first representative transferred my call when I told her I was recording the call. The second representative was very helpful and I relayed the account of what had happened and she gave me the same email address that I has used to send the letter proving I had already settled the account in full. I promptly sent the letter from - - as proof. On - -, 2015, I was notified that SCS had reported me as a collection notice to -, which in turn negatively affected my credit score. The result I want to achieve with this complaint is for Sunrise Credit Services to rescind the debt collection notice to - and any other credit bureau or agency to which they have reported me. Secondly, I would like for your agency to investigate SCS practices to determine whether they have treated other individuals as they have treated me.
