I monitor my credit report weekly and I have discovered that this is the *-* time that Debt Recovery Solutions , LLC has placed this $80.00 debt on my credit report. Thus, the debt mysteriously appeared on my credit report without given a 30 day notice to dispute the debt. Thus, this is the - time that this debt collector violated my consumer rights under the FCRA. In addition, I have already disputed this debt back in -/-/- and Debt Recovery Solutions , LLC removed the debt from my credit report because they could not validate it. Yet ... here they are again ... trying to damage my credit without validation 10 months later. Hence, I need proof that I owe this debt. Please show me a copy of the " written agreement '' that created my original requirement to pay?

In addition, just to make sure that I did not owe this debt, I took the risk of giving - my full social security number ( which should never be done ) so that they could do a thorough search to assure that I did not owe them a debt. Thus, - indicated that they did not even know what Debt Recovery Solutions was talking about. I have had quite enough of this!!!!
