Bank of America is continuing to harass me with phone calls for a credit card that actually has a negative credit balance on the card ( i.e., two payments were credited to the card, one made some time ago and another recently, so now effectively Bank of America owes me money ). On - -, 2015 at - EST a representative of Bank of America called from -, identified herself as - '' and wanted to discuss a recent complaint that I filed with the CFPB. I said Fine ''. She then said that she wanted to record the conversation and I agreed, but when I stated to her that I would also like to record the conversation she declined. So apparently what 's good for Bank of America is n't good for their customers.
