Amex Credit card department,
The company is incorrectly reporting me up to 120 ( 30/60/90 day delinquencies ) days past due while I am in a debt management program accepted by the company in -, 2015. I was never even 30 days late, and have paid as agreed both prior to and after the debt management plan was put in place. The company refunded late charges, but will not fix credit reporting errors. American Express sent the account to a third party to administer the debt management program and they refuse to correct the errors. They referred me to American Express ' credit reporting division who stated I needed to talk with Customer Service. I contacted Customer Service who stated they can not speak with me and that I need to call the third party servicing the account. When I call them they refer me back to American Express ' Customer Service. Nobody will take ownership of this request and keep sending me back and forth to the same - areas and will not help me get their errors fixed.
