While reviewing my - credit report of -/-/2015 and - of -/-/2015, I discovered that AMERICAN E-PRESS employees had initiated an unauthorized and fraudulent inquiries into my credit report. I did not at any time relevant period authorize or consent for this review by the employees of AME-. I request that AME- provide me with any hard/verifiable evidence of my consent to this review. To this extent, absent my authorization, AME- employees action ( s ) constitute a clear violation of my Privacy Rights and FCRA Section 1681 b ( c ).
