A woman named - - from Dynamic Recovery Solutions called my husband looking for payment on a charged off credit card in my name from 2004. He informed her that the statue of limitation had run its course and she threatened to ruin his credit if he did not give her my direct phone number. I then called the company myself and spoke to a different collector who then told me they would sue me if I did not pay the account in full despite me reciting the statute of limitations and my rights under the FCRA. He then hung up on me.
