This is supporting information just received to support my dispute of Springleaf Financial 's response to complaint Case # -. Springleaf stated that they spoke to - Mortgage about my loan and I was in foreclosure status ( which I was NOT ) : Please see paragraphs - and - on letter from - - that say their records do not indicate that I authorized any third parties to receive information for my loan ( paragraph - ) and - 's records do not indicate that they released any information to Springleaf before or after - received payoff funds on - -, 2012. They ( - ) goes on to state that the payoff funds were received in the form of a bank wire sent to - by Springleaf " on my behalf '' ( Paragraph - ) Also, the Payoff Letter cover letter ( from - - of - ) shows that the payoff letter was faxed to my attention, but FA-ED TO SPRINGLEAF 's FA- NUMBER. This supporting information should refute the statements made by Springleaf in their response to my complaint and show that my complaint is indeed valid.
