My son attended - College in - - from -/-/- up to its closure -/-/-. I co-signed with him on a - Education Loan. The - Loan has been transferred to the University Accounting Service, LLC. The outstanding amount is about $9000.00. My son did not finish his studies at - College and we believe - and - misrepresented their academic programs by coercing my son into applying for federal and private loans, and false promises of lucrative employment after graduation.
