The balance of this loan from - - - of -, -, was discharged as part of a chapter - bankruptcy, and is reflected as - balance on my credit report. I received a letter from Trans World Systems of -, -, stating that the balance of the loan is now with their agency for collection, and the want the balance in full, with and almost $800.00 fee. I believe this is fraudulent. In the letter they sent, there is no phone number to call, and the website they list requires information to log in that was not included. The letter states that if they do not hear from me in 30 days, that they assume the debt is valid and will pursue collection. I doubt the validity of this letter, the company, and their access to information which is no longer valid.
