Medical False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Tennessee

Revenue Recovery Corporation attempted to change credit card amount they where not authorized to do. They changed my debit card - which they where only authorized to do - for a payment. This is an ongoing issue with different people I have talked to regarding this account. The company does not call you back to resolve an issue with the account and continue to lie about whether my wife or I authorized money to be taken out of our bank account.
