Mortgage Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New York
For almost 10 years now I have been fighting to clear my name with reference to a foreclosure action on a house located at - - -, -, NY - and various other financial defaults related to a - - -, a former occupant of this house. I have had to deal with collection agencies, utility companies, the -, and over and over again, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, who may or may not own the note for this home. My finances, my credit rating have been adversely affected, and to say this has been a nightmare would be the understatement of the century. Once again now I am being contacted by - -, a process server for the bank, there has already been one individual at the house trying to serve me papers, and it needs to end. I have spoken to an attorney about litigation of all parties concerned, but in the interim, this activity on the part of these creditors needs to cease. Not only is this continuing to be a financial burden on my, but the emotional and physical toll this is taking on me can not continue.
