The lender cashed the check I wrote, for $2000.00 early. I explained that the funds would n't be available until -/-/-, I dated the check for -/-/2015, and it clearly states on my bank statement that the check was deposited on -/-/-, which lead to various overdraft fees, along with my account being overdrawn. I spoke to -, and made very clear that the funds would NOT be in my account until -/-/-, like the check was dated. They also called me, to verify that the check was mine, and that the funds would be there on -/-/-.
